Appearing before District Court, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Industrial Court and Labour Court, Consumer Forum, Consumer State Commission and Charity Commissioner. Drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts, building contracts, Mining contracts, Ore Raising Agreements, etc.

Arbitration- Appeared in arbitration matters before the Hon’ble High Court for companies like HCL and also before the Arbitrators. Appearing before various forums in matters pertaining to Insurance Laws, Negotiable Instruments Act (138 proceedings), Intellectual Property litigation. Contract Negotiations and Drafting- Acquired experience in conferencing with clients and receiving instructions, counseling, researching, drafting contracts and legal briefs, briefing senior counsels, and negotiating. Drafting of Agreements pertaining to Hospitals and providing complete legal support to hospitals in all their legal needs.
